You can cancel your order for a personalized artwork as long as the drawing process hasn't started yet. Because every artwork is custom made to order, cancellations are no longer possible once work has begun, and returns cannot be accepted after delivery.

That said, if something isn't right when your artwork arrives, we'll always work with you to find a suitable solution.
