Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Essential and Signature?
Both are hand-drawn artworks of your own car. Essential: as in your photo, ready in 2–3 weeks. Signature: in a custom scene, with a composition sketch first, ready in 6–8 weeks.
How do the free photo check and composition ideas work?
Send us a photo (Essential) or your car and memory (Signature). Within 2 or 3 working days you get our advice or three composition ideas. No obligation.
Will it arrive before the holidays?
Yes, if you order before the deadline shown on each option. Later? Delivery moves to January, or give the gift voucher.
How does the gift voucher work?
Choose an amount from €50, digital (instantly by email) or as a printed card by post. An Essential artwork starts at €248; the recipient pays any difference.
Can there be more than one car?
Yes. Essential: + €69 per extra car, if they are in the same photo. Signature: + €169 per extra car.
Is gift wrapping included?
Yes, always and free of charge.
What is the early-booking bonus?
Order before 31 October and get a free mini print of our 2025 Christmas artwork.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
