How it works
01 - Order & send your photo
Place your order and send us your favorite photo of your car. A regular smartphone photo is all you need.
02 - We draw your artwork
We hand-draw your car in our refined, sketched style, carefully capturing every color and detail.
03 - You review, we refine
You'll receive a preview for approval before the artworks gets shipped out.
04 - Framed & at your door
Your artwork is framed, safely packed in our premium box, with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Artwork creation takes one to two weeks. Once you've approved your preview, your artwork is shipped out and the following delivery times apply:
- Netherlands 1–2 business days (Free)
- Belgium & Germany 2–3 business days (€13,95)
- Rest of Europe 3–5 business days (€18,95)
- Rest of World 6–10 business days (€26,95)
All Runoff Studio orders are shipped via DHL and PostNL. Once your artwork is completed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns
Because every artwork is custom made to order, returns are not possible once the drawing process has started. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us before work begins.

Once complete, your artwork is framed, securely packed with your certificate of authenticity, and shipped to you.
Frequently asked questions
What quality does the photo need to be?
A regular smartphone photo is perfect, no professional camera required. Just make sure your car is clearly visible and well-lit. We'll let you know if the photo you send isn't usable, and guide you to take or choose the right photo.
Can I request changes after seeing the artwork?
Yes. Before your artwork is shipped, you'll receive a preview of the final piece. At that point, you have one revision round to request any adjustments, so you can be sure you love it before it's on its way.
When will I receive my artwork?
Creation of your Essential artwork takes 1-2 weeks. Once your preview is approved and the artwork is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location (see the Shipping & Returns section on the top of this page).
Need it by a specific date? Feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to make it happen.
What's the difference between Essential, Signature, and Legacy?
Each artwork tier offers a different level of customization:
- Essential. A one-to-one drawing of your favorite photo, handmade by Team Runoff Studio. Perfect if you already have the shot that captures your car exactly the way you want it.
- Signature. Want to place your car in a different setting? With Signature, the background is fully customizable, so you can create the scene you've always imagined. Also handmade by Team Runoff Studio.
- Legacy. The most premium option. Fully customizable from scratch and made to last for generations, every Legacy artwork is handmade by Ruben Groeneveld himself.
What is the return policy?
You can cancel your order as long as the drawing process hasn't started yet. Because every artwork is custom made to order, cancellations are no longer possible once work has begun, and returns cannot be accepted after delivery.
That said, if something isn't right when your artwork arrives, we'll always work with you to find a suitable solution.
