– Bank account number (only with webshop payments)

Runoff Studio processes personal data for the following purposes:

– The ability to e-mail you if that’s necessary to complete our services

The prices for all of the products are clearly displayed on our website. We pay a lot of care to properly displaying the content of this website, but it’s possible that a product price isn’t displayed correctly. When it occurs that the wrong price has been displayed, the later indicated price is the correct price.

Inspection, rectification or erasure of personal data
You have the right to inspect, correct or erase your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Runoff Studio. You also have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request for us to send your personal information as stored by us, to another organization.

You can request us to delete all of your data, except for the data that we are required to keep legally.

You can send a request for inspection, rectification, erasure, transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to [email protected].

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number are visible in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, within four weeks.
