These Terms & Conditions will be used by Runoff Studio, KvK-number (business registration number): 71673989. In these Terms & Conditions, we, us and ours means one of the companies stated above, selling you a product. Me, you or yours refers to the person (customer) who buys a product through our website.

When do the terms & conditions apply?
The Terms & Conditions apply for all of the customers and visitors of the website. We reserve the right to edit the Terms & Conditions. The most recent version of the Terms & Conditions can always be found on our website.
Copyright artworks
All of the artworks made by Runoff Studio are protected with copyright. Personal, private use is allowed. Any further use, commercial use in particular, is only allowed in agreement with Runoff Studio.

Commissioned artworks
Payment commissioned artworks
The payment for a commissioned artwork, will be made before Ruben Groeneveld starts working on your artwork. When a artwork is commissioned, it will be scheduled as soon as possible. The payment will be made when Ruben starts the artwork. Ruben starts working on the artwork within two days after the payment has been completed.
Cancel a commissioned artwork
A commissioned artwork can be canceled when Ruben Groeneveld hasn’t started working on the artwork yet. Ruben starts working on the artwork within two days after the payment has been completed.
The commission can be canceled without cost in those two days, if Ruben hasn’t started working on the artwork yet. If a commissioned artwork is canceled after Ruben has started the artwork, you owe 50% of the agreed payment to Ruben Groeneveld.
Return a commissioned artwork
A commissioned artwork, can’t be returned after it’s delivered. When a customer has received a artwork, it can’t be returned. There are no refunds possible for commissioned artwork.
The artworks are personal and unique, commissioned by the customer.
Printed reproducions
What are the payment options?
Payments can be made through Creditcard, PayPal, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Bancontant and SOFORT.
What price do I pay?
The prices for all of the products are clearly displayed on our website. We pay a lot of care to properly displaying the content of this website, but it’s possible that a product price isn’t displayed correctly. When it occurs that the wrong price has been displayed, the later indicated price is the correct price.
What happens with my data?
The way we process your data, is described in the Privacy Police on our website. The way we process your data can change from time to time.
Other provisions
If a provision from the Terms & Conditions should be void or voidable, this will not affect the other provisions in the Terms & Conditions. We will then replace the void or voidable provision with a valid provision.
If we use specific conditions for certain products or services, which are contrary to the general terms & conditions, the specific conditions apply.
Only Dutch law apply to the Terms & Conditions. In the event of a difference between the Dutch Terms & Conditions and the Terms & Conditions in any other language, the Dutch text of the Terms & Conditions will always determine its interpretation.
