Each design starts with a one-off, handmade artwork made by Ruben Groeneveld. This physical artwork is built up layer by layer, with markers and pencils on a physical piece of paper, to capture the car in all its detail and realism.
We take the handmade artwork digital with a high-quality scan, so we can design a vivid composition around the artwork – in away that wouldn’t be possible on paper. Just like the physical artwork, the digital design consists of countless layers with shapes, textures and colors to make the car come to life in a truly unique way.
